Mass Cultural Council works to elevate our rich cultural life in Massachusetts artists are at the heart of this effort. The goal is to enhance the quality of life in the City of Fall River. These funds support innovative arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences programming. Every year, we distribute funds from the City of Fall River and the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
